A Shein gift card works on two surfaces: the SHEIN US mobile app and the us.shein.com website. Either way the value attaches to the SHEIN account you are signed in to — so pick the surface you shop on.
In the SHEIN App
Loading the card to your wallet first is the cleanest path on mobile — the balance is ready before you build your cart, so checkout is one tap.
- Open the SHEIN app and sign in to your account, or create one if you are new.
- Tap Me, then open My Assets (your wallet).
- Select the Gift Card section and tap Redeem.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN, then confirm to add the value to your balance.
- At checkout, choose the gift card or wallet balance as your payment to apply it.
Gift cards are accepted only on the SHEIN US app — if your app store region is set elsewhere, the card will not load.
On the SHEIN Website (us.shein.com)
Use the website when you are shopping on a desktop or want to apply the card straight from the payment screen without loading the wallet first.
- Go to us.shein.com and sign in to your SHEIN account.
- Add your items to the cart and select Checkout.
- In the payment section, find the Gift Card field and select Add Gift Card.
- Enter the gift card number and PIN, then click Apply.
- Pay any remaining balance with another method and place the order.
To preload instead, open your profile, choose My Assets, and redeem the number and PIN there before you shop.
What a Shein Gift Card Covers
The balance spends like store credit across SHEIN’s own catalog — women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing, shoes and accessories, beauty, and home goods sold and shipped by SHEIN. It applies to the order subtotal and any eligible shipping at checkout, and a US card carries no fees and no expiration date.
A gift card does not cover items sold by third-party Marketplace sellers on SHEIN, and only one card can be applied per order — cards cannot be stacked or combined on a single purchase. If an item in your cart is from a Marketplace seller, split it into a separate order paid another way.

Why Your Shein Gift Card Isn’t Applying
Most Shein gift card problems trace to one of four causes. Check these before contacting SHEIN — the fix is usually on the cart or the account, not the card.
The card is for a different region
Shein gift cards are issued for the SHEIN US site and app and only redeem there. If your account or app store is set to a different country’s SHEIN store, the number and PIN will not load. Sign in to the US site or app to redeem and spend the balance.
A Marketplace seller is in your cart
The gift card pays only for SHEIN’s own products. If your order includes an item sold by a third-party Marketplace seller, the card is rejected for that order. Remove the Marketplace item or place it in a separate order paid with another method.
“Invalid” number or PIN
This is almost always a typo. Enter the gift card number and PIN exactly as shown in your delivery email — no extra spaces, and watch for characters that look alike. Pasting both fields directly from the email avoids the most common mistakes.
Trying to combine two cards, or the card is already used
Only one gift card applies per order, so a second card on the same checkout is declined — load it to your wallet for a future order instead. If a card shows zero balance you have not spent, it may already be redeemed; if you bought it from MyGiftCardSupply and have not used it, contact MyGiftCardSupply support with your order number.
