If your Razer Gold PIN is unused (you just purchased it), the balance will be the face value of the PIN.
If you don't know if your Razer card has been used, unfortunately there is no direct way to check the balance of a Razer Gold gift card. Thankfully, you can contact Razer support, give them your 14-digit PIN, and they can tell you your gift card balance.
Earning points
You earn 10 points for every dollar you spend. Points are calculated based on the final amount paid after any discounts or redeemed points are applied.
Using points
Points can be used on future orders. They cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. A maximum of points equal to 25% of the cart value may be applied as a discount per order.
When points are added
Points are added to your account once your order is completed and delivered.
Point limits
Points do not expire. Your maximum balance is 125,000 points. There is no minimum balance required to redeem points.
Non-transferable
Points are connected to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
Order changes
If an order is canceled, refunded, or fails, the points for that order will not be added or will be removed.
Liability
MyGiftCardSupply is not responsible for lost, deleted, or misused points, or for technical issues that affect point balances.
