Typically orders take only a couple minutes. If it is your first time purchasing, ID verification may be required. Check your email for instructions on how to complete this process. Once your ID has been submitted, it typically only takes a few minutes for us to approve and send out your order!

Most gift cards require you to have your account settings configured to the United States. Go into your account settings, change the country to United States then try again. If your card is still not redeeming, send us a message and we will assist you.
In the unfortunate event we had to refund your order, it could have been due to a number of reasons. We do have limits on how much can be purchased per customer, and we do have some fraud risk software that sometimes will tell us it is not safe to process the transaction. To ensure the most fair analysis, don’t use any VPN or proxy when making your purchase.
All gift cards sold on MyGiftCardSupply are without an expiration date.
