Order Support
Typically orders take only a couple minutes. If it is your first time purchasing, ID verification may be required. Check your email for instructions on how to complete this process. Once your ID has been submitted, it usually only takes a few minutes for us to approve and send out your order! If you still haven't received your gift card, please check your spam folder.
In the unfortunate event we had to refund your order, it could have been due to a number of reasons. We do have limits on how much can be purchased per customer, and we do have some fraud risk software that determines whether a transaction is unsafe to process. To ensure the most fair analysis, don’t use any VPN or proxy when making your purchase.
- Complete: Your order is complete! You can access your gift card codes in your account or by clicking the link sent to your email address.
- Authorized/Processing: Your order is in queue for processing. Normally this only takes a few minutes, but occasionally can take longer.
- Pending: Your payment is incomplete. Please view your order from your account to complete payment.
- Refunded: Your order was refunded. If this was not requested, it is possible you have reached a spending limit.
- Modified Order: Due to a technicality in your order, your order has been modified. If you need help with this order, please contact customer support.
- Waiting for ID: We need you to complete our ID verification. Please check your email for the link or visit your account to find the link in your order.
- ID Uploaded: We are currently reviewing your ID. Once your ID is approved, you will receive an email with your card codes.
- Out of Inventory: The product(s) you ordered are currently out of inventory. We have been notified of this issue and have escalated to management. You will be notified as soon as your codes are ready.

All gift cards purchased on MyGiftCardSupply can be used from outside the US. Your account may need a registered US address, or the account for which you purchased the card may need your country to be set to United States.
If you are still having issues, you may be required to view the gift card using a VPN that is connected to a US server.
Spending limits can sometimes apply to PayPal and Credit Card. If you wish to complete your order again using Bitcoin or another cryptocurrency, we do not have limits when using these payment methods.
Trouble Redeeming
When your order is completed, you will receive an email with a link to access your codes. You can also access your codes by signing into your account, viewing your order, and clicking "View Codes."
Most gift cards require you to have your account settings configured to the United States. Visit your account settings (for whichever gift card you purchased), change your country to United States, and then try again.
If you are still having trouble redeeming your gift card, please contact customer support.

All gift cards sold on MyGiftCardSupply do not have an expiration date.
Refund Support
In some cases where the gift card was already opened and the codes were seen, you may not be eligible for a refund.
To see if you are eligible, please contact customer support.
Once your order has been successfully refunded, it may take 2-3 days to return to your account.
Account Issues
Please make sure you are using the same email you used when placing an order. If your password is incorrect, please reset your password.
If you still need help, please contact customer support.
Please double-check that you typed in your email correctly, and that it's the same email you used to place orders.
Also, check your spam folder in case your verification code was accidentally marked as spam.
If you still haven't received it, please contact customer support.
You are not able to change your email through your account. If you placed an order with the wrong email, contact customer support.
Sending Gifts
If you are on the product page, click "Send as Gift" below the Add to Cart button, fill in the details, and click "Make It a Gift!"
You can also convert an existing item to a gift by clicking "Send as Gift" on the cart or checkout page.
If you have already received a gift card, you can copy the gift card codes (or take a screenshot) and send them to a friend; however, sending the order delivery link will not work, as your friend will be required to sign into your account to access the codes.
ID Verification Support
ID verification typically takes only a few minutes to either be approved or rejected; however, if it's taking longer than expected, feel free to contact customer support.
The email you received tells you the main reason why your ID verification failed.
To ensure your ID verification passes, please provide a clear, non-blurry photo of your ID and of your face (selfie). Also, make sure your billing information matches what's printed on your ID.
There is a link in the first ID verification email you received that allows you to cancel your id verification.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but to ensure the safety of our customers we need you to verify your account using your ID. It's easy and only takes about 45 seconds.
Using the camera on your computer or phone, take a photo of your ID (front and back) and your face (selfie). Once you are verified your account will be approved, and ID verification will never be required of you again.
Here are some guidelines when submitting your ID verification:
- Make sure the text on front and back of your ID is clear and legible.
- Take a live selfie using your webcam or phone. Do not upload an old image of yourself.
- Make sure the ID you are submitting is a government-issued ID such as a passport, national ID card, or a driver's license.
- To produce the best image possible, use your phone instead of your computer, and take the photos in a room with good lighting.
Tip: The verification process will be faster and smoother if you write your MyGiftCardSupply order number on a piece of paper and hold it in view while taking your selfie.
Account or Order Fraud
We're sorry, but there is no action we can take. If you purchased our gift cards and the codes were seen by anyone, we are not able to refund the codes.
Since you chose to do business with someone who scammed you, you are liable for repercussions.
Please note: Scamming is common in the gift card industry. If someone asks you to pay for services or use a gift card as a payment method, be careful. This may be a scam. We are not liable legally, and we cannot give you a refund.

To request a deletion of all your data, please contact customer support.
If you want to unsubscribe from our emails, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of your email.
Subscription Support
Log in and visit your account, click "My Subscriptions", and click "Cancel."
Unfortunately we are no longer offering the subscription option for gift cards; however, with every order you place you earn reward points that can be used to redeem coupon codes.
