After your purchase, you will be emailed a link to access the scanned image of your gift card. We most typically send to the email address your payment details are linked to, such as your PayPal address.

Typically orders take only a couple minutes. If it is your first time purchasing, please be patient as sometimes first time customers require a manager’s approval. If you still haven’t received your gift card, please check your spam folder.

Most gift cards require you to have your account settings configured to the United States. Go into your account settings, change the country to United States then try again. If your card is still not redeeming, send us a message and we will assist you.

In the unfortunate event we had to refund your order, it could have been due to a number of reasons. We do have limits on how much can be purchased per customer, and we do have some fraud risk software that sometimes will tell us it is not safe to process the transaction. To ensure the most fair analysis, don’t use any VPN or proxy when making your purchase.

You can use your gift card from outside the US. Your account will need a US address or to be registered in their US store. 

All gift cards sold on MyGiftCardSupply are without an expiration date.
