For the third week in July, we are featuring Elizabeth from Costa Rica! We sent her some questions to learn a bit about what she loves most about iTunes, and how she’s using our iTunes cards.

How old are you, and where are you located? 

I’m 25 and live in Tamarindo, Costa Rica.

Tell us something special or unique about where you live, or why you like it? 

It’s a place where people from all around the world come to visit, and many end up staying to make a new life. I love the fabulous mixture of cultures that exists in this tiny town.

What is your favorite product you have purchased on iTunes, and why? 

I really love my guitar tuner app (Cleartune) and OnSong, which is where I organize and store all of my chords and lyrics sheets. Both are so useful when I play gigs and weddings. OnSong makes it easy to share if I’m playing with a band instead of solo, and it’s the easiest app I have ever found for changing keys and making set lists.

Do you have any subscriptions on iTunes? If so, which services, and how do you like to use them? 

I don’t have any subscriptions on iTunes currently.

Why do you choose the US iTunes Store instead of the local option available to you? 

The US iTunes store has many more options available, especially for nerds like me who search through the App Store to find anatomy and language apps, brain challenges, and music apps.

How did you find out about the US iTunes Store? Do your friends and family shop there as well? 

I went to a US high school in Costa Rica and my friends were the first to show me apps, so I went to the US iTunes store to have the same apps they were showing me. I have just stuck with it (I did check out the Costa Rica iTunes store, but it had far fewer options). (We even have a page where you can check out How to Buy US iTunes Gift Cards in Costa Rica).

How did you find MyGiftCardSupply, and what is your favorite thing about this service?

My country is very special for its diversity of landscapes, food and tourist sites. You can find many unique experiences here, from the jungle to the beach.

What is your favorite item that you have purchased on Amazon, and why?

Protection products for my baby because it is essential that the life of a baby is taken care of. 

Are you an Amazon Prime Member? If so, what services do you use the most? Music? Video? Faster Shipping?

Yes, I regularly use Amazon video and faster shipping. (And in case you didn’t know, YouTube is returning to Amazon’s Fire TV)

Why do you choose Amazon instead of local options or other websites?

Amazon is a great company that cares about its customers and has excellent service.

Are you using any additional services to ship your Amazon products to your country?

At the moment, no. I hope to find more tools to use in the future though.

Do you have any tips or tricks to get the most value out of Amazon?

Always think about the quality of the products and see what suppliers are responsible and fast.

I live near the mall which makes everything easily accessible and within reach. What is your favorite product you have purchased on iTunes, and why? I only use iTunes for subscribers and games. Actually, I use it for movies also. So I’d say movies are my favorite product. And why? Because I love movies 🙂 Do you have any subscriptions on iTunes? If so, which services, and how do you like to use them? Yes, I have Hulu and Netflix subscriptions. (If you haven’t heard yet, Netflix is testing a shuffle option for TV shows) Why do you choose the US iTunes Store instead of the local option available to you? Because Hulu only works in the United States, and I watch a lot of series on Hulu. How did you find out about the US iTunes Store? Do your friends and family shop there as well? I found out about it through Google. How did you find MyGiftCardSupply, and what is your favorite thing about this service? I also found out about MyGiftCardSupply through Google. I love the discount and the reward program. What kinds of things do you like to do for fun? Hanging out with friends.

I don’t have any subscriptions. It’s just music, which I listen to on a daily basis.

I found out about it because my friend told me about the store.

No subscriptions. Just build my T.V. Series & Movie library. I use the Cheapcharts App to detect lower prices on selected items. (Movie & T.V. Series) & use iTunes gift cards to buy discounted items.

Why do you choose the US iTunes Store instead of the local option available to you?

To be honest availability of iTunes Codes with the physical product. The using MyGiftCardSupply to purchase additional items.
